This is a single strand Y-shaped chain necklace made from 925 sterling silver, plated in 18 karat gold, with six heart-shaped, zirconia-encrusted charms. It has five smaller heart charms (four on the main chain, one at the lower end of the Y), and one larger heart with three stones sitting in the middle of the chest when worn.
