This layered necklace is made from 18 karat gold-plated stainless steel and has two fine chains, one shorter and one longer, which connect at the back with a lobster claw clasp. The shorter chain is a snake chain (that looks like snakeskin), and sits above the longer chain, which is made from small, circular links. It also has an additional length of chain (made from larger links and with a small shell pendant hanging from the end) at the center back, making the overall fit adjustable.
